Structurally sound, the woodwork and joinery are in excellent condition. Small losses / repairs to the gilding. Newly upholstered.
This armchair has generous proportions, detailed carving, and a warm, patinated gilt finish. Beautifully upholstered, the wool and silk combination gives this chair a real masculine personality. A beautiful piece from the Napolean III period.
